In Character Rules
•We highly encourage creativity and thinking outside the box in your in character interactions. For this reason we have as few in character rules as possible, and they act more as guidelines. Please be aware that we are doing this for the sake of your freedom to play your characters and plots to their fullest, so do not take advantage of this. If we notice a particular rule (or lack thereof) is being abused, we will not hesitate to change how it works. Remember, this is for the freedom of your creativity!
•Remember to be as realistic as possible when interacting with other characters. Even if you know a character is lying, your wolf may not. Even if you know a character is secretly a villain but is pretending to be nice, your character may not. If a wolf is supposed to be good at hiding their true emotions or intentions, please play to that. Be aware of how true to your character you're acting and how true to their character.
•We do not, under any circumstances, allow OOC to IC or IC to OOC. This means that what happens in the game stays in the game. While we understand certain in character situations may be frustrating, it is not appropriate to be angry at the writer for their character acting within their personality. In the same way, you should not force your character to act out of their nature because of OOC feelings.
•Be advised that we are not a site that forces our members to ask permission to kill a character. If it is realistic, within the bounds of the rules, and within the bounds of the character's personality it is completely allowed to kill or be killed. This does not excuse any godmodding or powerplaying, however, so if someone attacks your character with intent to kill, they do have a fighting chance to get away and/or kill the attacker. Death is a natural part of this site just as it is in life, so please be prepared for this.
